Nunca discutir com o reclamante<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Sempre conversar em ao menos 2 colaboradores<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Se poss\u00edvel tirar os envolvidos da recep\u00e7\u00e3o e lev\u00e1-los para \u00e1rea privativa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Tentar manter uma dist\u00e2ncia segura do reclamante enquanto escuta<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Escut\u00e1-lo at\u00e9 o final de sua queixa<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Se poss\u00edvel, tentar acalmar o reclamante e resolver o motivo de sua queixa imediatamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Agress\u00e3o F\u00edsica<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Se durante uma discuss\u00e3o n\u00e3o for poss\u00edvel aplicar o procedimento descrito acima e a agress\u00e3o verbal evoluir para a agress\u00e3o f\u00edsica, chamar a pol\u00edcia (190) imediatamente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Caso o reclamante n\u00e3o aguardar a chegada da pol\u00edcia, o gestor ou funcion\u00e1rio designado, deve encaminhar-se \u00e0 delegacia para dar prosseguimento ao Boletim de ocorr\u00eancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Furto <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Uma das fun\u00e7\u00f5es do procedimento de controle de acesso \u00e9 minimizar a incid\u00eancia de furtos, por\u00e9m, se houver ocorr\u00eancia, t\u00e3o logo um colaborador d\u00ea falta do seu patrim\u00f4nio ou de patrim\u00f4nio da Ophthal, deve-se avisar imediatamente a gest\u00e3o que far\u00e1 a confer\u00eancia do patrim\u00f4nio, caso seja da Ophthal, e em seguida far\u00e1 contato com o RH que tomar\u00e1 as devidas provid\u00eancias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Assalto<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de assaltos deve-se seguir a mesma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do Pop de Alarme e CTV:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">&#8211; Funcion\u00e1rios que trabalharem pr\u00f3ximos ao bot\u00e3o \u201cp\u00e2nico\u201d de cada unidade devem ser treinados a acion\u00e1-lo em caso de assalto. Ao acion\u00e1-lo a Porto Seguro far\u00e1 contato imediato com os respons\u00e1veis da unidade de acordo com a ordem de telefones que foram fornecidos \u00e0 Porto Seguro pelo gestor. Os tr\u00eas contatos devem saber a senha correta, que ser\u00e1 o nome de uma fruta cadastrada previamente pelo pr\u00f3prio gestor. Se o contato disser a fruta correta e negar a ocorr\u00eancia, ela ser\u00e1 finalizada. Se o contato disser o nome errado da fruta a Porto Seguro encaminhar\u00e1 uma agente e acionar\u00e1 a pol\u00edcia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Obs.
